Every last Thursday of the month (jueves social, or social Thursdays as its known in Puerto Rico) the convent-turned-boutique hotel El Convento teams up with the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico and The School of Visual Arts for an evening filled with great music, art, food, drink, and of course, socializing! This Thursday August 29, 2013 from 7pm to 9pm come and enjoy the soothing sounds of the cello and violin as performed by Stefanie Berrios and Gisela Rosa while Leila Mattina delights your eye with her realistic paintings. Entrance is free of charge and the bar will host a Black Label Happy Hour as well as its amazing menu of international cuisine and cocktails. Stop by Old San Juan and make this social Thursday a cultural one as well!
