So while most of the mainland will be setting their clocks 1 hour ahead on Sunday, March 9 at 2am (remember: Spring forward!), Puerto Rican clocks will be staying the same. So adjust your clocks accordingly, foodies. Everyone’s favorite Old San Juan Food Tours, hands-on cooking classes, and premium Rum Tasting will no be set to the same time as Eastern Standard Time.
