1 cup of ice
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup Puertorrican white rum
¼ cup cream of coconut
1 oz amaretto
2 pineapple wedges (garnish)
2 maraschino cherries (garnish)
Pour pineapple juice, rum, and amaretto if desired, and cream of coconut to bowl of blender. Blend on high speed until ice is crushed, ingredients are combined and drink is smooth, about 30 seconds.
Pour into glasses. Serve with pineapple wedge and cherry, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
