The coastal town of Mayaguez on the west coast of Puerto Rico is inaugurating its first-ever culinary fest this weekend. Around 80 industry experts will participate in the event, which is to be held as a benefit for the American Cancer Society. Besides great food, local celebrity chefs there will also be live music, fashion shows, and tons of tastings by restaurants, universities, hotels and culinary schools.
