A Foodie Father’s Day

Fathers Day Buffet

 

Hola Foodie Fathers! Here at Flavors of San Juan we know the importance of quality time spent with the family, especially when it involves sharing some amazing food in the best locations San Juan has to offer! That’s why we’re proud to promote our partnership restaurant, El Patio del Nispero, and their special Father’s Day Brunch.

We won’t be running tours on Father’s Day (we’ve got dads too!) but we highly recommend you check out this sumptuous BBQ lunch buffet (11:30am-3:30pm) and surprise dad with some finger-lickin’ good food! El Patio del Nispero is located in the heart of Old San Juan, in a 17th century monastery transformed into luxury boutique hotel, where you’ll be treated to the highest quality in both ambiance and service.

While all the food is still fresh in my belly let me take the time to give a shout out to my boy Hector for being such an amazing guide!! He was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We had wonderful conversations about history, culture, places to go and of course food! This is well worth the price and you will be full afterwards. Our group was so fun and the weather was perfect! I’d recommend this tour for everyone (because of course we all need to eat) because now you know where to go back to eat and you’ve walked by various restaurants and can get your tour guide’s opinions about them. Oh and make sure to wear comfortable shoes!

Marjorie was the BEST! Our group of 8, including 4 kids, thoroughly enjoyed our food tour of Old San Juan with Marjorie. She was friendly, upbeat, and shared tons of interesting information. We loved learning from her and tasting so many San Juan delights. Highly recommend Marjorie and this tour. It was the perfect kick off to our week in San Juan.
